Born in 1971, Sandra Seel is a psychology graduate. After working as a coach and consultant in a variety of sectors for a number of years, she co-founded Management Center Hamburg AG in 1999. One of her projects at this time was to accompany the management team at the Universal Music Group. At the beginning of 2002, she headed Human Resources in an interim capacity for Universal Music, covering Germany, Switzerland and Austria where she successfully carried out a restructuring programme, adapting the division to meet international standards. In collaboration with the ministry of state in Baden-Württemberg she helped set up the first state-recognised university for pop music in Germany. In 2005, underlining her social responsibility, Sandra Seel was appointed to the management of the MUSIK HILFT foundation, for the last 15 years the most influential social platform across the German music, industry including artists, producers, publishers and labels. In addition to working as a consultant for the foundation, she is also MUSIK HILFT's managing partner.
